paksup Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "paksup", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the paksup platform at paksup.net, duly licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Platform" means the paksup website, any associated mobile applications, software, and all services made available through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with paksup.
• "Funds" means real-money Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited into or held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, virtual sports, and any other wagering products offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or paksup's licensing conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the paksup Platform — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

paksup reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including when material amendments are made. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of Account access until confirmation is received.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain a paksup Account and to use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. paksup strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces this requirement through mandatory age verification procedures.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not open a Player Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Prohibited Jurisdictions include, but are not limited to, the United States of America, the United Kingdom (without applicable licence), France, and all countries where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of paksup, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming operator network.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

paksup reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the paksup Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan or your applicable jurisdiction, and valid contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

Upon registration, paksup may conduct identity verification checks using the information you provide, cross-referencing it against third-party verification databases as permitted under applicable data protection law. Registration is not complete until these checks are satisfied to paksup's reasonable satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying paksup immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

paksup shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep login credentials confidential or from your sharing of credentials with any third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the paksup Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). paksup does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted payment methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. paksup reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to normal interbank processing times. paksup does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must belong to the registered Account holder.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to paksup's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Verified Accounts in good standing receive withdrawal processing within three (3) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. paksup does not charge withdrawal fees on its side; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

paksup reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if your Account verification is incomplete, or if the withdrawal is subject to review under applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

paksup offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback incentives. All promotions are subject to individual terms that specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, validity period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all paksup promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, paksup reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed.
• paksup reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, and to withhold bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Players who have self-excluded or set account limits may be ineligible for certain promotional offers at paksup's discretion.

Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the paksup Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, sports betting, live casino, or virtual sports. These rules are published within the relevant product section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

With respect to sports betting specifically:

• All bets are accepted subject to available market limits. paksup reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• Bets placed on PSL, international cricket, and other markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, paksup reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such circumstances.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of paksup's trading team and may be suspended or restricted at any time.
• paksup does not accept bets placed using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence not sanctioned by paksup.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited. paksup does not manipulate game results and provides published RTP (Return to Player) information for all slots and table games on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paksup Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human access methods;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing paksup staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security measures.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the paksup Platform — including but not limited to the paksup brand name, logo, website design, game software, graphics, text, data, and databases — is the exclusive property of paksup or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use paksup's name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent;
• Scrape, extract, or commercially exploit any data or content from the Platform.

10 Privacy & Data

paksup collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

paksup implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and paksup cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

paksup will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers strictly as necessary for the provision of the Services, and with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

paksup is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan and all other permitted territories. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all paksup Account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you to the duration of your gaming session at intervals of your choosing.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net session wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent closure of your Account. During a self-exclusion period, you may not open a new Account and paksup will take reasonable steps to prevent you from doing so.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paksup, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.

paksup's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit paksup's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

paksup reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, paksup will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact paksup support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Funds.

14 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting paksup's support team. Upon receiving a closure request, paksup will process any pending withdrawal of available Funds to your registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and the absence of any pending investigations.

paksup reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormant account provisions under paksup's licensing conditions.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, paksup reserves the right to withhold Funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Funds will be returned to the extent required by applicable law once the investigation concludes.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which paksup holds its primary operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may be available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact paksup's support team in the first instance. paksup operates a formal internal complaints procedure and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily through paksup's internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under paksup's applicable licence. Details of the relevant body are available upon request from paksup's support team.
